Our Staff

Georgia

Deerfield Resort Rentals is owned and operated by Georgia. She moved to the resort over 14 years ago and began working in Deerfield with the Fields family. In 1999, at the request of the Fields family and Fields Development, Georgia began Deerfield Resort Rentals. Her company is the only rental agency endorsed and recognized by the Fields Development. She has a close working relationship with all aspects of the resort including Fields Real Estate, The Greens at Deerfield as well as the restaurants and storage facilities at Deerfield. She lives in the resort so if she is not in the office – she is only a phone call away. Georgia can always be counted on to give you great advice about restaurants or sites to visit in Tennessee. She has visited almost every state park, lake and attractions throughout Tennessee. She loves landscaping, decorating, music, hiking, exploring and competition ballroom dancing. She has an adventuresome nature and is always ready for the next escapade. She is passionate about YWAM – Youth With A Mission, Blue Mountain Children’s Home, and her family. She will be the first to tell you that any success she has in life is owed to having a wonderful team.

Lesa

Lesa is our specialist at office management. She has been part of our team for over 5 years. She manages our office, handles reservations, and supervises our front office. Lesa has a welcoming smile for everyone and has a great knowledge about our Campbell County heritage. Lesa is our “spiritual” leader in our office and can always be relied on for great advice and insight. After work, she can be found scouring antique shops, riding on a Harley, or on her John Deere.

Rhonda

Rhonda started several years ago working in our Deerfield office. She is our Housekeeping Supervisor. She wears many hats in our office so you can find her in our office helping out with reservations or out with our cleaning staff. She works hard to ensure that all of our owners and guests have a trouble free stay while at Deerfield.  Rhonda has a very cheerful – get it done attitude and is a great addition to our team. She is definitely a VOLS fan – and is proud of the Big Orange. She is a dedicated mom with three wonderful daughters. She has a warm heart and a giving nature. She volunteers for the reading program at school. Her hobbies include fishing and football.

Amber

Amber started working in 2007. She is the neat freak in our office. Her duties include customer service, reservationist, and assists with office and linen services. She is the fun one in the office with a great sense of humor. She loves spending time with her family, fishing, firing a 20 gage shotgun, getting muddy on a four wheeler, and living in God’s country.

Nita

Nita has worked at Deerfield since 2003. She began in housekeeping and it was soon apparent with her leadership skills that she should be promoted to one of our housekeeping supervisors. She supervises our housekeepers and inspects every home before we release them for your stay. Her job ensures that you are going into a clean, spotless home for your vacation! She is a devoted mom and grandmother. She is a great nature lover and reader. She always knows what the big words mean and how to spell them.

Chloe

You aren’t seeing things when you walk into our office and our resident princess is there to help you. Chloe is Georgia’s grand-daughter but is equally shared with all at the office. She keeps her desk and “office” next to the lobby so she can help you solve any of your problems while at Deerfield. Her hobbies include making all of us jump. Watch out for her though, she will steal your heart!
